The services include professional development in gifted education for teachers, consultation with parents of gifted children or their teachers, educational planning for gifted students, and an alternative method to the IQ test to identify giftedness, entitled Qualitative Assessment. Additionally, we teach graduate-level classes in gifted education via Adams State College.
During our years in education, we developed programs for gifted writers, strategies for advanced thinking skills, and tactics to increase the rigor in secondary classrooms.
Gifted children present unique behaviors and needs to their teachers and parents. Often their educational plans require accommodation for their emotional, social, and cognitive needs. We are honored to support these children.
Thank you for bringing your interest in gifted children to this website.
